Each year, Prologis employees receive four fully-paid days off which they can use to volunteer for their chosen charity organization. And every IMPACT Day – our annual global celebration of volunteering – Prologis employees get up from their computers, leave their offices, and roll up their sleeves to help those who need it most. Since 2019, Prologis employees have given over 30,000 hours of charity work around the world!
This winter, Prologis employees in Poland gave a Noble Gift for a special and deserving family – a single mother raising three boys.
A year ago, Urszula left her aggressive husband, who had caused her oldest son to be hospitalized. As she and her boys struggled to recover from the toxic atmosphere at home, more challenges arose. One of the sons was diagnosed with ADHD, and the other with autism.
Urszula spends as much time as possible with her children, making it difficult for her to find a permanent job. They live in a one-person apartment, and their biggest dream is a kitchen counter where they could cook together.
As such, the Noble Gift to this family from Prologis is huge! Not only does it contain all the essentials the family asked for, it also contains lots of surprises in a big and varied pile of presents.
Noble Gift is a nationwide charity campaign which has run for over twenty years. The initiative helps thousands of people experience a Christmas miracle by receiving help from volunteers and donors.
