The Prologis football tournament in Budapest has become a favourite annual event bringing customers and workers at the park together. The eighth edition of the tournament was held this year with seven teams taking part.
Playing on the five-a-side football pitch at Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor, the teams competed fiercely and fairly despite the rain! SE-CEE Schneider emerged victorious, while Geodis came in second and Waberer’s finished third. One team unfortunately had to leave the field early due to an injury.
A true sporting atmosphere was ensured not only by the great on-pitch entertainment, but also by live commentary from sports commentator Gábor Méhes. Fans and players meanwhile enjoyed burgers, sandwiches and a variety of healthy snacks pitch-side; drinks were served in environmentally-friendly re-usable cups, while all food was served with recyclable cutlery.

As well as being a great place for workers to unwind, the five-a-side pitch provides ample opportunities for activities such as this, boosting their physical and mental wellbeing.
