To help deliver such success by streamlining processes, increasing efficiency and boosting the effectiveness of cooperation with potential and existing customers, Piotr Lenczewski has been promoted to become Senior Leasing & Customer Experience Manager at Prologis in Poland.

Piotr’s promotion recognizes his ability in developing long-term relationships with business partners. In his new role, he will gain additional responsibility in relation to Prologis' portfolio in Central Poland. Together with his team, Piotr will take care of the customer experience from start to finish; from initial contact, to advising on the selection of the best property and contract signing processes.

Piotr joined Prologis in 2020 as Leasing & Customer Experience Manager. Prior to working in the industrial real estate industry, he gained experience in the hospitality industry, responsible for strategic operations for brands including Sheraton and Marriott. For over eighteen years, he managed a portfolio of clients, took care of sales development, and conducted marketing activities to support sales. His roles also encompassed the preparation of specific sales strategies for emerging properties.
