Warehouse and office spaces in the 12,600-sqm building have undergone modification to meet the highest standards of modern warehousing, while answering the unique requirements of Zásilkovna’s business and further boosting the company’s growth.

To support Zásilkovna’s expanding business, storage areas have been optimized and thirty small exterior doors have been installed with designated stops and external canopies. All interior and façade lighting has been upgraded to an energy-saving and effective LED system, while gas infrared heaters have been installed. A new access opening has also been created with fire safety measures and EPS connection.
Other changes include new air conditioning and the renewal of floors and sanitary facilities to meet the most advanced standards. And with the layout of the space reconfigured to perfectly facilitate Zásilkovna’s operations, these changes together make DC15 a cutting-edge warehouse which also provides a pleasant environment for workers.
