Our development in Moissy combines all of that.
We are focused on growth. In Germany, we acquired two portfolios in 2021 and 2022 which allowed us a successful market entry to Berlin. In Amsterdam we built out our city logistics by redevelopments and acquisitions. With our latest transaction, we expanded our portfolio in seven European countries at once, adding 1.14 million square meters of city limits logistics space.
We are focused on our customers. They benefit from a range of park-wide services that we have designed to support their business. We create the spaces and places for businesses to grow, where people can enjoy themselves, and where communities and wildlife can flourish. This is what we call PARKlife. But our offer goes far beyond our logistics parks with sustainable buildings – our customers also need high-quality equipment and premium services to operate their distribution centers in the most efficient way. Be it LED lighting, solar power, racking or forklifts: with Prologis Essentials, we make their life easier – and more sustainable. In order to meet the growing demand for skilled warehouse and logistics workers, we built the Community Workforce Initiative (CWI), a training program that revitalizes career pathways and creates economic opportunity to enrich the communities in which we operate.
