Making effective use of capital to strengthen and enhance services for customers is at the heart of Prologis’ success in logistics real estate. Now, the company’s Central European operations welcome a new senior leader from the Czech Republic, Ondřej Vodička, who will head up the company’s capital deployment activities across the region.

As Director of Capital Deployment, Vodička will oversee Prologis‘ use of capital to drive growth across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Based in Prague, he brings to Prologis’ regional team a wealth of industry experience as a member of the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians active in construction, having previously worked at various senior management positions across CEE region at Tesco and most recently as Head of Acquisitions at P3 in CZ, managing land and driving acquisitions.

Vodička’s role will be pivotal as Prologis seeks to navigate investment opportunities on local markets, developing strategic initiatives to booster and enhance its position on Central European markets. He will report directly to Paweł Sapek, SVP, Regional Head CE & Country Manager.
