All sites have direct access to major logistics hubs of strategic importance to both national and European supply chains, and they provide access to skilled labor and public transportation. A "tailor-made" facility can also be built on land selected by the client or on land already owned by them.

Sustainability and Top Quality

Prologis consistently strives to create logistics properties in line with sustainable development principles. We are one of the first developers in the region to introduce BREEAM certification for all new facilities. Moreover, for several years, Prologis has aimed to achieve at least an Excellent rating, which means a minimum of 70% of points in each of the ten subcategories, taking into account factors such as energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and access to public transportation.

In this case, the property becomes the entrepreneur’s ownership after construction. This is an alternative for clients looking for long-term investments in their own warehouse or production facility – built exactly where they want it and precisely as they need it.
