The newest park of our Hungarian portfolio is located within city limits next to the M0 motorway in the municipality of Szigetszentmiklós, 17 kilometers south of the city center of Budapest. The M0 motorway provides fast and efficient access to the Liszt Ferenc International Airport and to the M1, M7 and M5 motorways, thus offering a strategic location for distribution activities. The park has all the necessary building permits and a development potential for two modern facilities totaling 60,000 square meters. Customers can also benefit from its two direct access points to the road.
