About Prologis Park Prague-Chrášťany
Strategically located adjacent to the D5 motorway and just 10 minutes from Václav Havel Airport, Prologis Park Prague-Chrášťany offers convenient access to the capital and major transportation routes. The site’s proximity to key infrastructure makes it suitable for various logistics operations, including last-mile distribution – an increasingly important feature in the context of growing e-commerce demand
“The facility features a range of energy-efficient solutions, including heat pumps for natural gas-free heating and LED lighting equipped with smart sensors and was built using Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology. This technology uses three-dimensional models to give architectural, engineering and construction professionals greater insights into the design of the space, and the tools to more effectively plan, design, build and manage facilities and associated infrastructure” said David Jakes, Development Director for Czech Rep. and Slovakia at Prologis.
The structure is also designed to accommodate the installation of rooftop solar panels. The DC3 building has been awarded a PENB A energy class rating, and we are pursuing BREEAM certification, in line with our commitment to sustainable building practices.
