Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, has been recognized as the Best Workplace for Millennials™ 2024. This special distinction is awarded as part of the Great Place To Work® program to companies that achieved record high employee satisfaction scores among the generation known as millennials. Prologis was this year among an elite group of ten companies in Poland which won this prestigious title.
Data from the Polish Central Statistical Office shows that millennials, who are representatives of Generation Y, born between 1980 and 1995, currently form the largest employee segment in Poland. For this reason, it is vital for companies to create workplaces that respond to their needs, while at the same time providing space and conditions for effective cooperation in intergenerational teams.

Great Place To Work® recognition is awarded based on employees' opinions and experiences related to their workplace. According to millennials who took part in the survey, an employee-friendly company should, among other things, emphasize work-life balance, ensure the highest standards in working conditions, and provide employees with access to training, workshops and new challenges.
Millennial employees want to develop, acquire new competences, have the opportunity to implement their ideas, and make a real impact on their company's operations. For representatives of this generation, the values that guide employers are also significant. In their opinion, social responsibility should be included in the business strategy of every company, and this is the case with Prologis.
The best workplace (not only) for millennials
In 2024, Prologis in Poland was awarded the prestigious Great Place to Work® certificate for the third year in a row. In this year’s edition of the initiative, almost 100% of the company's employees shared their opinions, providing a total of 1,066 responses.
