Dr. Ildikó Kollár as vice president, legal counsel Central Europe (CE) is responsible for providing legal support to the operations in Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, including drafting and negotiating lease agreements, managing real estate transactions, providing legal advice to operations, taking care of corporate matters, and supervising external counsels.
As part of the European legal department, Kollár collaborates with the other Prologis legal counsels to ensure cross-border co-ordination of requirements of our international customers.
Kollár has 20+ years of experience in real estate transactions. She joined Prologis in 2008 from the international law firm Salans (now Dentons) where she represented Prologis from 2005.
She received her JD degree, summa cum laude, from Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest in 1995, and obtained a postgraduate diploma in EC Law from King’s College, London University in 2000. She is a member of the Budapest Bar of Attorneys.
