Prologis completed an 8,000 square meter build-to-suit (BTS) facility at Prologis Park Wroclaw V on schedule for RTP Company, a U.S.-based thermoplastics manufacturer. RTP Company is a current customer in the U.S., and Prologis’ proven ability to meet the company’s complex and specific needs led to the expansion of their business relationship in Poland.

In terms of the park itself, Prologis Park Wroclaw V has an optimal location in the region and the proposed plot had access to the necessary utilities and valid building permits, which made it possible to start development immediately and deliver on time,” says Michał Czarnecki, vice president, head of capital deployment & leasing, Prologis Poland.

The new distribution and production facility, RTP Company’s first investment in Poland, is designed to further support the company’s customers in Europe. It features 11-meter clear heights and a 36-meter-wide docking area. The production area has extra natural light and is equipped with additional ventilation and drainage. The facility also has external office space and a laboratory with controlled temperature and humidity.
Prologis Park Wrocław V comprises seven facilities totalling 148,000 square meters. It is located in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, 3 kilometers southwest of the Bielański Junction at the interchange of the A4 motorway (Berlin-Wrocław-Kraków-Ukraine) with the SB/E67 expressway, near the Wrocław motorway ring road. In addition to its excellent location, the park offers customers the ability to expand their logistics operations.
