As the company grew and plans for new investments, Prologis expanded its team. Kamila Pruk-Piotrowska returns to the ranks of the company, taking the position of Capital Deployment Director. Karol Kondrat is also joining the team as Land Development Manager.
Kamila Pruk-Piotrowska started her career as an advisor at King Sturge (currently JLL) and Cushman & Wakefield. Then, for 9 years at Prologis, she was responsible for real estate management in central and northern Poland. Most recently, as Development Director at 7R, she was responsible for finding new locations, sourcing, pre-development, development and transaction preparation.
As Capital Deployment Director at Prologis, he will be responsible for the implementation of the land management policy and the company's expansion in this area. Kamila is a graduate of the University of Łódź and the Warsaw University of Technology.
Karol Kondrat, taking the position of Land Development Manager, will be responsible for finding new investment opportunities by purchasing and selling land or existing Prologis projects, identifying the company's development opportunities in the warehouse real estate market and implementing the company's land management strategy. Previously, he was associated with the MLP Group, and recently with 7R. He has been working in the real estate industry for 10 years. Karol is a graduate of the Lublin University of Technology.
